Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Talkybara, an AI phone agent service for businesses. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping your account credentials secure. Free trials are limited to one per business, phone number, and payment card — we reserve the right to end a trial early and move an account to a regular paid plan if we determine this limit has been circumvented, and we'll always offer a normal, non-trial paid plan instead of a hard block.

How you sign in

You can create your account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google, which uses your Google account's email address and basic profile information. Either way it is an ordinary Talkybara account and the same rules apply to it, including the free-trial limits described above. What we receive from Google and how we store it is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Talkybara is for legitimate inbound business calls. You may not use it to provide healthcare or legal advice, for debt collection, or in any other regulated context that would require compliance we haven't built for, and you may not use it for outbound calling, spam, or harassment. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this.

Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis at the rate shown at signup. If a payment fails, your account may be suspended (no calls will be answered) while we retry the charge; if it isn't resolved, we'll release your assigned phone number after a grace period. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings.

Recordings and call data

You're responsible for complying with call-recording and AI-disclosure laws that apply to your business and the people who call it. Talkybara always discloses, on every call, that it may be recorded and that the caller is speaking with an AI assistant — but the underlying legal obligation to callers in your jurisdiction is yours, not ours.

Service changes and availability

We may update or change features of Talkybara over time. We'll do our best to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for a violation of these terms or for non-payment, as described above.
