Picking a plan
Three plans. The real difference between them is included minutes — most features are on every plan, and only a few things are genuinely tiered.
The plans
| Starter | Growth | Scale | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $39/mo | $99/mo | $199/mo |
| Minutes included | 50 | 200 | 500 |
| Overage rate | $0.49/min | $0.39/min | $0.29/min |
| Analytics | Basic | Full | Full |
| Transfer destinations | 1 | 3 | 10 |
| Custom fields | 3 | 10 | 30 |
| Outbound webhooks | — | — | Yes |
On every plan, including Starter
- AI call summaries and full transcripts
- Call recording
- Calendar booking, the Appointments page, and your services catalog
- Knowledge base — document upload, website scraping and FAQ entries
- Automatic Spanish detection
- Contacts, notes, tags and CSV export
- A one-line SMS summary after every call
- 15 minutes a month of browser test calls, which never touch your billed minutes
That list is deliberately long. Gating the things a small business needs to answer its phone properly would make the cheapest plan a worse product rather than a smaller one.
The four things that are actually tiered
- Included minutes — 50 / 200 / 500, and a lower per-minute overage rate as you go up.
- Analytics. Basic gives you calls per day for the last 30 days, minutes used this cycle, an outcome breakdown and average call duration. Full adds booking conversion rate, a peak-hours and day-of-week heatmap, trends over 3/6/12 months, new vs. returning caller insight, CSV and PDF export, and custom date ranges instead of a fixed 30 days.
- Transfer destinations — how many different people or departments your agent can hand a live caller to. See Call transfers.
- Custom fields — how many extra pieces of information you can define for your agent to collect. See What info your agent collects.
Plus one true on/off gate: outbound webhooks are Scale only. See Outbound webhooks.
How to choose
Pick on minutes, not features. Calls are billed in whole minutes, rounded up per call, so 50 included minutes is roughly 50–70 short calls a month, not 50 long ones. Your usage gauge on the dashboard will tell you within a cycle or two whether you guessed low.
Guessing wrong is cheap
Upgrading takes effect immediately and downgrading takes effect at your next renewal — both from Billing, and neither deletes anything you've configured. See Upgrading, downgrading, and canceling.
During your free trial you get Growth-level access even on Starter, so you can see what full analytics and extra transfer destinations are actually worth before committing.
