Contacting support & your security PIN

Email, an in-app form, and — on a paid plan — a phone line. Plus a six-digit PIN that's how we know it's really you when you ring.

The support page

Help & Support in the sidebar. Everything below is on it.

Email

support@talkybara.com, available to everyone including during a trial. We usually reply within a day.

This is also the route to use if you can't sign in — the in-app form obviously isn't reachable when you're locked out.

The in-app message form

At the bottom of the support page: Send us a message. It creates a real ticket attached to your account, and we reply to the email on your account.

Prefer this over email when you're signed in — it arrives already linked to your account, so there's no round trip working out who you are.

Phone support

(866) 714-0504, shown on your support page once you're on a paid plan.

It's the same for Starter, Growth and Scale — the gate is paid versus trial, not which plan you're on. During a free trial the number isn't shown, and the page says so plainly rather than leaving you wondering. Once your trial converts, it appears.

There's no live chat

Some products offer one; this one doesn't, and we'd rather say so than imply otherwise. Email, the in-app form, and the phone line on a paid plan are the three real channels.

Your security PIN

Also on the support page: a six-digit PIN, generated automatically for your account, masked as •••••• with a Show button to reveal it.

When you call the support line, we'll ask for it and check it against your record before discussing anything about your account. It's how we know the person on the phone is actually you — a caller who can't produce it doesn't get told anything about your business, your calls or your billing.

Regenerate replaces it with a new one immediately, invalidating the old. Do that if you've read it out to someone who shouldn't have it, or if it's been written down somewhere you don't control.

Treat it like a password

We will only ever ask for your PIN on a call you placed to the support number above. Nobody from Talkybara will ring you unprompted and ask for it, and it never appears in an email. If that happens, hang up and email support.

Making a ticket easy to answer

Whichever channel you use, these save a round trip:

  • Roughly when it happened. For anything call-related this is the single most useful thing — it lets us find the exact call.
  • The caller's number, if a specific call is the problem.
  • What you expected versus what happened.
  • Whether your dashboard is showing a banner, and what it says. Most "my calls stopped" tickets are answered by that banner.

Before you write in

Three things answer most support tickets on their own:

Still stuck?

Open Help & Support in your dashboard to send us a message — we'll reply to the email on your account, usually within a day. You can also email support@talkybara.com.
